Warranty Terms & Conditions – 12 Months Coverage
At Furnitech, every piece of furniture is thoughtfully designed and manufactured to offer years of dependable service under normal household use. We warrant our products to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase.
✅ What Is Covered:
Structural defects in frame, joints, and construction
Faults in upholstery stitching, foam sagging beyond acceptable levels
Mechanism failure (if applicable) under normal use conditions
Material defects in metal, wood, or fabric used in the product
❌ What Is Not Covered:
Damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or softening of foam/fabric
Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, or moisture
Seasonal wood behavior like expansion, contraction, glue-line shifts, or minor joint openings
Commercial use, or modification by unauthorized personnel
Upholstery damage due to pets, spills, burns, or use of improper cleaning agents

Solid wood is a living material that reacts to seasonal climate changes. Expansion, contraction, or slight joint movements over time are considered natural and not covered under warranty. Claims related to wood movement (splits or joint openings) are limited to the initial 36 months from the purchase date.

Raise a claim within the warranty period by providing proof of purchase and product images
Our service team will inspect the issue and provide repair or replacement as deemed appropriate
Any transportation/logistics costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer
